How is Kuş Lokum Produced and What to Consider?
Butter Soft Candy The raw materials and additives to be used in its production are checked for halal certification by Afia officials and GIMDES inspectors before production and shipped to the factory. Halal certificate control of the determined raw materials is carried out by GIMDES inspectors. The production line and all production mixers to be used are cleaned with ethyl alcohol and cleaners that do not contain animal additives. In order to ensure complete cleaning, a batch of production is made using the controlled raw materials and additives, passed through the production line and delivered to the company where the production will be made. During the entire production, the GIMDES inspection engineer checks the halal, quality, health and hygiene conditions of the product.
