How is Carob Molasses Produced and What to Consider?
The raw materials and additives to be used in production are checked for halal certification compliance by Afia authorities and GIMDES inspectors before production and are shipped to the factory. Halal certificate control is provided for the determined raw materials by an authorized Afia engineer. The production line is cleaned with water or oil depending on the product to be produced. In order to ensure complete cleanliness, a batch of production is made using the controlled raw materials and additives, passed through the production line and delivered to the company where the production will be made. During the entire production, Nafia authorized engineer checks the product in terms of halal, quality, health and hygiene conditions.
