How is Hazelnut Cream Produced and What to Consider?
Raw materials and additives to be used in production are checked for halal certificate compliance by Afia officials and GIMDES inspectors before production and shipped to the factory. Halal certificate control of the determined raw materials is provided by an Afia authorized engineer. The production line is cleaned with water or oil depending on the product to be produced. In order to ensure complete cleaning, a batch of production is made using the checked raw materials and additives, passed through the production line and delivered to the company to be produced. During the entire production, the Afia authorized engineer checks the product in terms of halal, quality, health and hygiene conditions.
