The raw materials and additives to be used in its production are checked for halal certification compliance by Afia officials and GIMDES inspectors before production and are shipped to the factory. The halal certificate control of the determined raw materials is provided by an Afia authorized engineer. The production line is cleaned with water or oil depending on the product to be produced. In order to ensure complete cleaning, a batch of production is made using the controlled raw materials and additives, passed through the production line and delivered to the company where the production will be made. During the entire production, the Afia authorized engineer checks the product in terms of halal, quality, health and hygiene conditions.
