It is checked that the raw materials and additives to be used are halal certified. Then, the product line to be produced is cleaned. After the production line is cleaned, the raw materials to be used in Başakköy production are used in the line and the cleaning is completed. During production, health and hygiene conditions are taken into consideration and the product line is inspected by the production staff at critical control points. The raw materials and additives to be used in Başakköy production are inspected for halal certificate compliance by Afia officials and GIMDES inspectors before production and shipped to the factory.
